Common questions
What is the difference between a creative director and an art director?
A creative director owns the overall idea and the creative strategy across a brand; an art director owns the visual execution. In most of my roles I hold both, which keeps the idea and the craft in one place.
Have you led teams of designers?
Yes. At Almatar, Al Adalah Club and on the Aljomaih Automotive account I led teams of designers as Creative & Art Director.
Are you open to full-time leadership roles?
I am open to selected senior creative leadership roles, as well as projects through Omar Studio. Reach out directly to discuss.
Which industries have you worked in?
Broadcast media, government, travel, automotive, sports, food and corporate brands across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar and the UAE.
